From Château Aurore, grown organically, harvested by hand, the sauvignons are then aged on lees, in concrete vats and with their native yeasts. All the attention paid to this wine gives us a very aromatic white, where the Sauvignon expresses itself fully, but with precision. The floral nuances and a subtle bitterness enhance and stretch the length of this wine.
