This bottle, inspired by the name of La Huppe -  a special and beautiful bird with a distinctive crown of feathers. According to the winemakers, this bird has disappeared, and only until the estate converted to organic farming in 2012 that they are spotted again. 

This bottle is a petit surprise! Lively, sweet, aromatic with a hint of spiciness from Syrah makes this a delicious treat for a hot summer day.
