How it is made?
Elisabetta Foradori is bringing the Teroldego grape back from the brink! This is a juicy, light, red loaded with both minerals and fruit, and a clean finish. Unpretentious, but with a degree of sophistication and nuance. Great when served lightly chilled.
If you are unfamiliar with this grape, it is related to Syrah and has a similar dark inky colour, a peppery taste and firm, but not astringent tannins. The wine’s freshness, bright acidity and pleasant bitter quality makes it a wonderful food partner
